Experienced Licensed Insurance Professional – Service, Retention & Agency Operations
Our established State Farm agency is seeking a licensed insurance professional who thrives in both client service and agency operations.
This is not an entry-level CSR role. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and client-focused professional who can retain and cross-sell business while managing critical administrative functions that keep the agency running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Client Service & Retention
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Proactively review policies for coverage gaps
- Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and life products
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment options
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process policy updates accurately and efficiently
- Handle billing inquiries and carrier communications
- Manage certificates of insurance and documentation requests
- Maintain compliance and file organization
- Assist agency owner with reporting and daily operations
- Support sales team with follow-up and service needs

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (Required)
- 2+ years insurance agency experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
